Go thru your button stash and find a few similar in size. Add a special one to top it off. That piece of filigree that you bought and now you don't know what to use it for? Well now you know! A bit of glue, a little arranging, add a pin back, and you're done. And how fashionable you are!

Assemble your supplies. Prearrange your brooch, until you are satisfied with your design.
Using the toothpicks, apply a thin layer of glue onto the bottoms of the base buttons and place them on the filigree.
Glue a rhinestone on the top button.
Glue the top button onto a bigger button.
Glue the big button onto the base buttons.
Flip it over and glue the pinback onto the filigree.
Let it dry thoroughly. Admire your work.
