This project is special to me because this is the first time I am making a wreath for us.This is a simple wreath we made for Spring with stuff that I found in my craft closet. You will find a few old dollar store artificial flowers thrown in the mix which I didn't plan to add but I had to because the little one forced my hand.
This project is special to me because this is the first time I am making a wreath for us.This is a simple wreath we made for Spring with stuff that I found in my craft closet. You will find a few old dollar store artificial flowers thrown in the mix which I didn't plan to add but I had to because the little one forced my hand.
The basic supplies are all from Michaels & Target clearance /dollar spot sections.The artificial flowers are from Dollar Store.
Start by tying the first layer of artificial stems on the wreath with jute twine. Any twine would work but jute will be hidden best.
Now using a hot glue gun, glue on the prompts, the nest and flowers . They just need to be positioned in an eye pleasing manner.
I painted some egg shaped pot pouri items that fit the nest.
Tie up a ribbon to hang on the door.
