I hope you all like this project and enjoy making one.

Instructions

  1. Small 108683 2f2015 04 29 162009 dsc01524

These are the materials you need for this project.

  2. Small 108683 2f2015 04 29 162022 dsc01525

Cut out two similar sized of cardboard.

  3. Small 108683 2f2015 04 29 162038 picmonkey%2bcollage

Measure the length and width. Cut out two piece cardboard according to the length of your box (the thickness of the pieces depend how deep you want your box to be). Cut out two more piece with same thickness but it should be as long as your measured width. Cut out another piece a little thinner than the first piece but the same length.

  4. Small 108683 2f2015 04 29 162047 picmonkey%2bcollagef

Take one of the first pieces and glue it on middle of a brown paper. (you can use any colored paper you want). Cut of the corners as shown in the image. Glue the extras with the cardboard piece. For the lead (pic:4) take a bigger paper. Remember the thin piece we made attach that on the brown paper with the lead piece. Keep at least 1/2 cm distant between them. Then wrap it with the paper. Keep at least 1 cm of paper extra don't glue it to the cardboard.

  5. Small 108683 2f2015 04 29 162146 picmonkey%2bcollagek

Wrap all the other pieces like before(Step:8) . Glue the walls of the box. At first it will be a bit slippy and loose but after gluing all the pieces they will stand perfect. I'm done gluing the walls, now leave it to dry.

  6. Small 108683 2f2015 04 29 162153 picmonkey%2bcollagex

Apply glue on the extra paper we kept on the lead. Attach it on the box.

  7. Small 108683 2f2015 04 29 162200 picmonkey%2bcollaged

Glue a bead to the box (in middle). Attach a thick thread or hemp cord to the lead (as shown in the image). This helps you to lock the box.
