Open it in Paint. Go to Page Setup and set it to Portrait and make the margins 0. Print!
Cut them out and fold them in half! You can glue in extra pages if they'll be visible from that side or you can glue in small pieces of cardboard to make them thicker. Now your doll will be entertained for hours!
