In the beginning, it reaches around the base more than once, after a while it doesn't anymore.
This isn't really important

You tape the end of each strip to the base before you tape the next strip where you left off. Because of this, I only did one at the time.

Your version is definitely one of the nicest. Once the base gets larger, one strip won't make it around the base on it's own, so do you connect a few strips together in order to make it completely around the base? Hope you are able to answer my question. Thank you in advance.

of all the versions that are shown, yours is the nicest. how do you make that. i know you need a lot of patience. but i am willing to give it a try
