This is easy to make.
You can freeze it in portions & have as a quick snack.
Melt the butter
Add the flour to the butter.
Stir to a paste.
Add milk a little at a time until you get a perfect sauce consistency.
Add the cream cheese & stir until melted.
Boil the pasta.
Once cooked, drain & put back into the pot.
Add the cheddar to the sauce & stir until melted.
If the sauce is a little thick, add a little more milk.
Add the pepper & stir through.
Pour the sauce over the pasta & stir to coat the pasta.
Pour into an oven tray.
Sprinkle the top of the pasta with grated cheddar & mozzarella.
Place in the oven temp 200 degrees for 15 mins until the cheese is melted & golden.
