A French macaron inspired gin cocktail

This cocktail combines Langley's Gin with amaretto, egg white and simple syrup to reinvent the flavours of a macaron as a cocktail.

You will need

2 oz Langley's Gin 1 oz Amaretto 1 Egg White ½ oz Simple Syrup Ice Mini Macaron to serve

Description

This cocktail combines Langley's Gin with amaretto, egg white and simple syrup to reinvent the flavours of a macaron as a cocktail.

Instructions

1. 

   Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the gin, amaretto, egg white and simple syrup.

2. 

   Shake well and strain into a martini glass.

3. 

   Serve with a mini macaron.
