My version of paper bead necklace. I used 3 coats of white craft paint, ripped up some blue tissue paper, glued that on...coated open lunch bag with 3-4 coats of white glue. Let dry between all coats of paint and glue. Then cut and rolled into balls...once dried, I added beads with 5 glass beads...finished off with necklace clasp. That's it :) P.S. Drying time is the longest part of this project.
