These wings are crunchy and tasty. Low in fat as they are baked not fried. They are a hit every time ;)

You Will Need (10 things)
- 2 tsp Lemon Pepper
- 1 tsp White Pepper
- 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp Chicken Salt
- 1 tsp Onion Salt
- 1 cup Self-Raising Flour
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- Olive Oil Spray
- 2 Kilograms of Chicken Wings (Skin on
- 1 tsp Dried Herbs
Steps (3 steps, 30 minutes)

Preheat oven to 220°C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Combine flour, onion salt, chicken salt, peppers and mixed herbs in a large plastic bag, or large bowl

Spray chicken wings with oil. Add one-third of wings to flour mixture. Shake until well coated. Place onto prepared baking trays. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

Spray chicken with oil again. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until crisp and cooked through.
