Simple to make flashy to wear!
All that's needed for this is to loop wire around those round-tipped pliers. I have no idea what they are called :-P Then you loop the ends together around a circular object about as big as your finger and the ring is formed. Because of the various loops and such this ring can be adjusted to fit any finger.
