I made these with some scrap lace, some ribbon, and a few pearls and beads. I sewed together the three rows of lace and added pearls for buttons to hold them on, gathered it so they'd ruffle, and added the bow and heart beads last. I got the lace from a yard sale and had some beads lying around. They're from a package from a local Walmart.

You will need

Lace Trim enough to wrap around your wrist plus an inch or two Fake Pearls four small ones, and two extremely tiny ones for the bow centers Heart Bead two; pendant style; for under the bows
