I found the idea on the internet. I needed a lolita blouse for my costume but I didn't want to sew the whole blouse myself and I didn't find a cheap lolita blouse in stores. So I took an old blouse I had and "pimped" it. The project dosen't cost a lot of money (only the lace and the ribbon you need to buy, but if you need a blouse, it will cost a little more) and the result is really great if you want a cute but simple lolita blouse.
