Little Girls Poodle Skirt

Made this for 50's day at my daughters school. Very simple and basic. Used almost the same steps I used to make my gray corduroy skirt except that I used 1" elastic for the waistband and I made the skirt doubly full by sewing 2 circles together instead of just one. And I used a basic rolled hem.
