Little Cakes With Fruit

As it was for testing the recipe, I divided the measurement. It makes 6 little cakes.
This is a French recipe so the measurement are french.
It is very easy and it smells great !

You Will Need (6 things)

  • 50 g Caster Sugar
  • 50 g Butter
  • 1 Egg(s)
  • 50 g Plain Flour
  • 2 g About Baking Powder
  • AS much as you want Canned Fruit In Syrup

Steps (7 steps, 30 minutes)

    Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees C.

    Mix the egg and the sugar. Then mix with the butter.

  3. 3

    Add the floor and the baking powder.

  4. 4

    If they are too big for the small cases, cut the canned fruit in little pieces.

  5. 5

    Put a little of the mixture in the cases and add some fruits.

  6. 6

    Leave about 20 minutes in the oven.
    To check if the cakes are well cooked, put a knife in it and if the blade is clean, it is ok.
