jersey fabric!
my first black dress that i made basically free hand. i traced a dress i already had and cut it out, but i didnt like the way it fit so i cute out the back and the sleeves. i used some elastic to make the sweetheart neckline and then added some halter straps (which you cant see in the pic) and taa daa.
