Light & refreshing. Easy to make. You could also make this with lemon juice or a mixture of both.

You will need

1 3/4 cup Water 2 cup Sugar 2 cup Lime Juice 2 tsp Lime zest

Description

Light & refreshing. Easy to make. You could also make this with lemon juice or a mixture of both.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat water & sugar together in pot until sugar is dissolved. Set aside to cool.

2. 

   Add lime juice & zest to water & sugar mixture.

3. 

   Place in freezer & fork every half hour until set.

4. 

   Continue to fork until the sorbet is light & frozen.

5. 

   Serve.
