Lime & coconut cupcakes
These are a little bit of an experiment that turned out great.

I wanted to make lime coconut cupcakes but didn't have any limes or juice so thought I would experiment with the Cochrane Cottage lime drizzle.

The cupcakes turned out really well & tasted delicious.
