This is a tangy, fresh chicken dish. You can cook in the oven or BBQ.

You will need

Marinade
1/2 cup Lime Juice 1/4 cup Olive Oil 4 cloves Garlic Chopped 2 tbsp Chilli Sauce 2 tbsp Honey Lime zest
Meat
Chicken Breast

Description

This is a tangy, fresh chicken dish. You can cook in the oven or BBQ.

Instructions

1. 

   Mix all marinate ingredients together.

2. 

   Pour marinade over the chicken & leave for atleast 2 hrs.

3. 

   Heat oven 180 degrees. Place chicken on tray & bake until cooked through approximately 30-35 mins.

4. 

   Serve.
