This was a costume I threw together for a friend's hen night. The dress was pretty simple, it's just an a-line dress with a large peter pan collar and bow. I just traced the shape from a dress I already owned. Pair this with a long black fringe wig, skyscraper black heels and black tights and you're good to go.
