Lemon Burst pound cake with the best lemon frosting in like EVER!

You Will Need (11 things)

  • Cup Flour
  • 1 cup Cup Butter
  • 1 cup Cup Milk
  • 1 cup Cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Cup Vanilla Frosting
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • For the Lemon Frosting

  • 2 tbsp Tablespoons Confectioners Sugar

Steps (3 steps, 35 minutes)

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a cake mold with butter and flour.
    In a bowl mix the butter and the sugar until creamy
    Add the eggs and the baking powder. Pour the lemon juice and keep mixing (at this point the mixture may curdle but don’t worry)

    In 2 additions mix in the flour and the milk, alternating.
    Pour it on the cake mold and place in the oven
    Bake for 20 minutes or until done

    Remove from the oven and let it cool.
    Meanwhile whip up the lemon frosting
    Decorate and enjoy!
