This is really easy to make.
It is sweet & sharp at the same time.
It is very tasty.

You Will Need (9 things)

Base
- 50 g Butter Melted

Cheesecake
- 400 g Cream Cheese
- 200 Gingernuts Crushed
- 100 g Icing Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 200 g White Chocolate Melted
- Lemon Curd
Steps (8 steps, 20 minutes)

Combine the gingernuts & butter together.
Press into a tin.
Set aside. -

Mix cream cheese until smooth.

Add icing sugar.
Stir through.
Add vanilla.

Mix a little of the chocolate into the cream cheese mixture.
Mix the rest of the chocolate & cream cheese together.

Pour on top of the biscuit base.

Add drops of lemon curd.

Swirl the curd through the cheesecake mixture.

Place in the fridge for atleast 4 hrs but better over night.
Cut & serve.
