PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 take your chicken and put into a roaster or deep dish put your carrots and onions ontop of the chicken dash pepper over and add 1 cup of water and 3 tbs of lemon juice and 1/4 cup of butter pop into oven for about 30 minutes
