find a square box and wrap it with tissue paper.
make two holes on the top of the box and insert some rope and make a knot.
make 4 cylinders and cover them with tissue paper the same color as the one you choose to wrap the box.
hot glue the cylinders to the bottom of the box.
get a few different colors of tissue paper and cut them into long strips 2 inches tall and make 1 inch cuts.
Start from the bottom up. Hot glue the long strings around the box until you reach the top and you are done
