I just stacked two Couling Brick Legos together to form a heart <3 and then attached to a necklace chain with jumprings! You can add some beads to the charm if your just using one Lego heart. There are tonz of options with theses and you can buy the legos in almost any color! The necklace with just one heart it just a different option!
