Lebanese Pork Tangine
This is easy to prepare & great to make in advance.
You can add fruit to it if you wish.
Pre heat the oven 180 degrees.
Coat the pork in flour.
Heat the oil.
Fry the Lebanese spice in the oil.
Add the meat. Cook until the meat is sealed.
Remove the meat to a Tangine dish.
Fry the vegetable.
Place into the Tangine.
Pour the wine into the pan to deglaze the pan.
Add the stock & tomatos.
Add the bay leaves.
Transfer to the Tangine.
Cook for 2-3 hours until the meat is tender.
Serve with cous cous or rice.
