  Step 1

  Die cut leaves from leather scraps with the Sizzix Big Shot.

• 

  Step 2

  Trim the stems and punch holes in the top of the leaves.

• 

  Step 3

  Gather the rest of the materials.

• 

  Step 4

  Slide a bead on a headpin and make half a wrapped loop. Slide onto the chain and wrap the loop. Repeat with six beads on each chain.

  Step 5

  Here are the finished chains. I used copper chain, headpins and dark red glass beads.

  Step 6

  Attach the chain to the leaf with a jump ring and close.

• 

  Step 7

  Use another jump ring to attach the ear wire to the first jump ring. This allows the leaf to hang correctly. These earrings are easy personalize by choosing a different color or type of leather or different beads and findings.
