Lavender & Rose Scones

Perfect for a tea party, lavender & rose infused scones!

You Will Need (7 things)

  • 400 g Self-Raising Flour
  • 100 g Butter
  • 200 ml Soya Milk
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Lavender
  • 1 tsp Rose Water
  • 1 Beaten Egg

Steps (9 steps, 35 minutes)

    Pour the soya milk milk into a junk and add the lavender and rose water. Leave to infuse for half an hour then s

    Crumble together the flour, sugar and butter

    Mix the milk into the flour until it forms a thick dough.

    Knead the dough into a ball.

  5. 5

    Roll out the dough and use a circle cutter to cut out the scones.

    Place the scones onto a baking sheet.

    Brush the tops of the scones with the beaten egg.

    Bake at 160'C for 10 mins until golden.

    Serve with clotted cream, jam and strawberries.
