AmiBuddha Pattern Techniques you will need to know: - Crochet Terms (US): Chain. Single Crochet, Half Double Crochet. Slip stitch, Join. Invisible Decrease. - How to crochet in the round. - How to whip stitch pieces together. Materials Needed: US Size F (5 / 3.75 mm) crochet hook. Two Colors of Yarn. (I used Red Heart Super Saver in Gold for the body, and Cherry for the cape). - Stuffing (I use Polyfill, but cotton balls will probably suffice). - Embroidery threads or crochet thread for embroidering the eyes and mouth (or safety eyes/buttons). - Stitch markers/Safety pins. - Yarn Needle. Optional: - Thread and beads for a necklace. - Pins to pin body pieces into place before sewing.
