Cut Out + Keep

Lashes

From tatty to luxurious and full lashes

I hate it when my reusable false lashes lose their gusto! All good things must come to an end...but personally I try drag it out for as long as possible. I like to reuse my lashes to thicken up the end of my own natural eyelashes. I find a comer lash gives such a subtly dramatic look and it doesn’t look QUITE as fake as a full set of lashes. As you may know, good quality lashes are pretty expensive so it’s worth your while taking good care of them! Did you know most if not all synthetic lashes are washable? You can soak them in warm soapy water, gently rinse them then using hand sanitizer and a Q tip clean the lashes and re glue them to their box, they should stay in top condition for many wears!

Instructions

  1. Small coak lashes step 1

Find a pair of lashes that are ‘almost’ ready to meet their maker. Examine them and make sure they are *CLEAN and that the INSIDE corner of them is still in good shape.

  2. Small coak lashes step 1.2

Make the snip, depending on how full you want the end of your lashes to be, cut the length that will most suit you.

  3. Small coak lashes step 2

Add glue to your falsies and using an eyelash applicator/ tweezers apply the lashes. Set the ‘ inside corner’ somewhere near the middle of your own lashes, where the length of your own lashes is similar to the fake so it blends seamlessly. I know it sounds crazy, but it looks really cool!

  4. Small coak lashes step 3

I then blend the falsies with my real lashes by liberally applying mascara.

  5. Small coak lashes after

THAT’S IT End result is a pretty alluring and dramatic eyelash look
