I made this by cutting the skirt part off and pleating it with box pleats. I trimmed the top into a more fitted option. I cut off the sleeves at the hem. I sewed it smaller, cut off the collar, and hemmed the neckline and sleeve holes. I attached the top and skirt together. Want to know what i did with the sleeves?
