I made this using Simplicity ____, which is designed for satins. I had to adapt it a little to allow for the extra thickness. I also thought the front was a bit short for me so I let my petticoat show. That added just enough length for me to be comfortable. I used scraps to make the ears and added pink felt to the underside before hot gluing to a white headband. I also added a white feather fluff on an alligator clip to the top of the headband. I made the fishnet gloves from a pair of fishnet pantyhose. I cut just enough in the toe area to allow my fingers to poke through. them cut them at the length I wanted. The fluffy arm bands help hold the gloves in place some. Of course, you have to finish it off with a bell on a ribbon. I like this because the dress is a basic & with a simple change of accessories, it is something entirely new.
