My 1st sewing projects since highschool. Took measurements of my machine, cut base fabric and lace, iron rose patches to one side of base fabric, sew lace on the other side, border is an inch so cut 2" and fold in half, pin ribbons then pin borders, cut slip in border for the ribbons, and finish sewing. How long it takes I'm not for sure, it took me a while but more experienced person can probably get this done in no time.
