The meat needs to be marinaded for at least 30 mins, but the longer the better.

You can use any veg you like.

You Will Need (22 things)

  • Chicken

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp Soya Sauce
  • 1 tsp Dry Sherry
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Corn Flour
  • Stir fry

  • 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dry Sherry
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Chicken Stock
  • 1-2 tbsp Hot Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Corn Flour
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • Pepper
  • 2 tsp Fresh Ginger
  • Carrot(s)
  • Onions

Steps (8 steps, 30 minutes)

    Mix all chicken ingredients together.

    Leave to marinade for at least 30 mins.

    Stir fry...

    Mix together soya sauce, dry sherry, vinegar, chicken stock, hot sauce, sugar & corn flour.

    Set aside.

    Fry the chicken in a little oil until cooked through.

    Remove from the pan.

    Fry the veg in a little oil.

  5. 5

    Add the garlic & ginger.

    Cook out for a few mins.

    Add the chicken.

    Add the sauce.

    Cook out until thickened.

    Serve with noodles or rice & spring onion.
