remove sleeves from your t shirt, cut from underarm to neckline on either sleeve. turn t shirt over & cut off top half. do not remove neckline. you should end up with a halterneck top. shred shirt vertically, be careful not to cut into the side seams. cut off a couple of strips from the bottom. tie each piece in a knot at the top or wheverever you like, in any order weave the strips through the cuts & knot each time you do to hold in place.
