Step 1
I used 5 mm sized needles(US 8), but this will depend on the yarn you're using. I just got a plain bright blue.

Step 2
Cast on 23 stitches.
You will do the same thing every row:
p2tog, yo, p2tog, yo ... then when there's only 1 stitch left, you purl it. -
Step 3
repeat the pattern to make it as long as you'd like, and you're done :)
