I made mine to measure 21cm which left it a little loose but comfortable to wear.

You will need

Purple Yarn 4ply Green Yarn 4ply 3 ½ mm US Size 4 Knitting Needles 3 mm Crochet Hook 3 Buttons Black Cotton Thread 1 Sewing Needle

Description

Instructions

1. Green Yarn = A Purple Yarn = B Pattern runs in garter stitch slipping the first stitch of each row throughout.

2. 

   With A: Cast on 8 Knit rows 1-12 Row 13 - Cast off 2 stitches and knit to end *Row 14 - Cast on 2 stitches Knit rows 15 - 26 Row 27 Cast off 2 and knit to end *Repeat from until desired length Cast Off

3. 

   Finishing: With B crochet a border around the edges.

4. 

   Sew 3 buttons onto Right Side. Turing piece inside out (WS) sew edges together using mattress stitch
