I made up this pattern when I saw a crochet version. You can use anything to fill this pillow, I used scrap yarn. This pattern is also a great stash buster! I made my version using stockinette stitch and simple increases. I can't wait to see your versions!

Gather your ingredients
Cast on 3 stitches, follow this pattern- Even row: Kfb, K to last stitch, Kfb Odd Row: Knit row Knit until your triangle is the desired size. Make 8 triangles, 6 yellow, 2 green (or other color)
Sew each side's triangles together, then sew each side together until there is enough room to fill the pillow.
Fill the pillow with fiberfill or scrap fabric or scrap yarn like I did, and sew up the gap. :D For more info, see the ravelry page here: http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/triforce-pillow
