Halloween is not far away and why should the humans have all the fun? I must say I was inspired by the Pirate Swap and decided my cat should be a pirate! I thought I'd share My pattern for personal use as a way of saying Happy Halloween to everyone! I hope you like it! The pattern is Cat size but I can't see why you couldn't make it for any other pets (or maybe your fave plushie) as well by adjusting the pattern size. Hehe My Model was not to sure of her new hat! but she put up with it because she loves having her photo taken.

Ah Hoy there Maties! Gather all your materials. Print the pattern out A4 size. Cut out the pattern pieces.
Pin and cut put pattern out of felt.
You need to cut 2 hat pieces the same. you might want to skip cutting out the felt feathers and use real ones (I couldn't find any when I was making this one but I think they would look heaps better.)
Carefully cut out the skull detail, then stitch on the mouth and nose (alternatively you could draw the mouth and nose on with a marker)
Glue on the hat trim and Skull detail with craft PVA Glue. Leave to dry.
Stitch around the sides and top of the hat using whip stitch. Leave the bottom of the hat open.
Finally add your Feathers and your done! Ooooohhhh here Kitty Kitty......
