I got the instructions from this web site. This is actually what I was looking for when I stumbled upon this cool e-community. My daughter wanted to have a cat themed party for her 10th birthday and so I made these for her. Only difference was that I glued them to a head band. It was so easy that I made 5 more pairs as party favors and all the girls loved them!
