What you need
I cut the tube in half
I cut 1/4 of the tube , so it flat
Please be careful when cutting
See how much fabric you need
Cut 4 piece of fabric for the Velcro
Zigzag stitch the straight stitch
It should look like the the 4 piece
On one side of the fabric sew the 4 piece of fabric 2 on the right 2 on the left
It should look the this
Fold the flop inside
Sew the second fabric
Sew the other side
Make sure it fits in the tube
Yes it fit now remove it from tube
Inside out the fabric just sew the top of the fabric
On the flop sew Velcro or snaps
Put the fabric on the tube again
Sew the bottom
The extra fabric stick it in the hole
Your done
