I love pop fashion but non more so than katy perry, when she unveiled her new blue locks she rocked some blue talons to match. They weren't for the faint hearted setting her back 127 pounds ! Loving my DIY projects I decided to do a money saving alternative. With some masking tape nail stencils and my favourite electric blue nail polish this red carpet look was easily acheived. sorry my photos are always so blury, I dont always get time to fix em :(
