not too difficult, but to Somer B, the bag is a Fossil bag from years ago but they still make similar colored ones!

Thanks guys! I glued the face and stitched the body feathers because I wanted the face pieces to be totally secure and I wanted the feathers on the belly to move around a bit. I actually glued some of the feathers down a bit because I didn't want them to stick out.
