Kanchome from Zatch Bell!!
Decided to make this on a whim! Went to Walmart, bought literally everything I needed for 5 dollars, drove home and made this in an hour and a half. Simplest costume ever!
(The bill is made of 2 foam visors trimmed a bit then glued together).
