Based on Jeans To Skirt by Veenessar
this was an old pair of my son's jeans- i loved how Veenessar just re-sewed the new seams, as opposed to adding extra fabric in the front and back (like i had seen in most tutorials)- after sewing i soaked the bottom of the skirt in bleach, snipped along the bottom (so ends would fray) and sewed on a few large rhinestones- now perfect for my little girl!
