fisrt decide how short or long you want it to be. i suggest putting them on fist to see where they fit then draw a line where you want to cut it. cut it.
after you've done that cut along the seems of the crotch so that you now have what looks like a messed up skirt .but dont worry cuz it'll look better when ur done :)
flip it inside out, there should be a triangle shaped hole cut through the front and back (where you cut along the seems of the crotch). use the left over fabric from the pants legs you cut off and pin it to those spots to be sewn
sew it together ,flip it back to the right side and now ur done :)congadulations, now yo ucan add ur own touch to it and jazz it up a bit :)
