• 

  Step 1

  First cut of the bottom part of the jeans off depending on how long you want the dress to be

  Step 2

  Then cut along the inside seam of the jeans so that there is a big empty triangle on both sides

• 

  Step 3

  Then, cut a triangle (slightly bigger then the gap between the legs) out of the material

• 

  Step 4

  Next, sew the material to the jeans at the front. Then sew it to the other leg as well so that the empty triangle is now covered up by the material. Do the same on the back.

  Step 5

  Then you must hem the bottom of it.

• 

  Step 6

  Next, cut a long strip of material and sew or tie it around the dress

• 

  Step 7

  Then, take the vest top or t shirt and using the superglue, stick the studs all the way around the neck

• 

  Step 8

  It should end up like this.

• 

  Step 9

  Then you can either sew the top onto the skirt part or you can just put the top on and tuck it into the skirt part.It should end up looking like this. :D
