Healthy tofu + chicken hamburger. I usually make a lot and freeze leftovers for bento.

  • Step 1

    Mince onion and saute until transparent.

  • Step 2

    Mix the onion, tofu, egg, panko, salt and pepper in a bowl by hands. Divide into 6-8 egg shapes. (Make sure that you make at least one smaller one to make the ears of the bear later)

  • Step 3

    Heat oil in a pan and cook the patties for 1~2 minutes over medium heat. (with a lid on) Turn down to low heat and cook for 3~4 minutes. Flip the patties and cook for another 3 minutes. ( no lid)

  • Step 4

    Mix the sauce ingredients and pour over the patties.

  • Step 5

    cut a smaller one in half to create the ears.
    Used cheese and nori seaweed to create the face parts.
