• Step 1

  Okey first preheat your oven to 375 degrees.

• Step 2

  In a bowl, cream together the egg yolks, softened butter, and sugar.

• 

  Step 3

  Then mix the flour in a little bit at a time until a dough forms.

  *note - If the dough is too soft when you are finished adding all the flour, stick in the fridge for about 10 minutes.

• Step 4

  Now roll the dough into 1 inch little balls and place them on an ungreased cookie sheet.

• 

  Step 5

  Then press down with your thumb into the center of the little balls so its about half an inch and fill it with your favourite kind of jams!

  (mine are blueberry and rasberry)

  Step 6

  Lastly, stick em in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. Enjoy your cookies! ;)
