This is a very simple tutorial to give your dull shorts an extra buzz for the summer.
Prepare your materials and tools. I took this old red maternity top and a pair of old shorts that needed to be jazzed up.
I cut out little dots. This was the tedious part and you may want to use a stencil so that all the dots are the same size.
And glued them all on!
