You Will Need (8 things)

  • 250 g Dried durum wheat Pasta /8oz
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 250 g (8oz) Mushroom(s) halved
  • 25 g (1oz) Plain Flour
  • 800 g 2 cans, chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 tsp dried Basil
  • 1 tsp Worcester Sauce
  • 200 g 2 cans Tuna

Steps (7 steps, 30 minutes)

  1. 1

Cook your pasta in a pan of water, usually 12 mins, until slightly soft.

  2. 2

While this is cooking, heat oil in another large pan.

Add mushrooms and cook for 2-3 mins, until slightly brown.

  3. 3

Add flour to the mushrooms, stir continuously until all gone.

Slowly add in tomatoes, stiring all the time - the flour acts as a thickener.

  4. 4

Once the tomato mixture has warmed through, turn the heat down, so mixture simmers.

  5. 5

Now you can add the tuna, basil and worchester sauce, stir to mix thoroughly.

  6. 6

Drain the pasta and add to the tomato mixture, stir well until mixed.

  7. 7

Now your ready to serve, enjoy!

    You can sprinkle with parmasan.
